Event Details – 1st Annual Cake Picnic in the Park Let’s make this the start of a sweet new tradition 💕 Join us for an afternoon full of cake, sunshine, and friendly competition!
How it works:
• Each guest is encouraged to bring a cake to enter
• When you arrive with your cake, you’ll receive a cake box for tasting
• All cakes will be displayed beautifully for everyone to admire before judging
Cake Entry & Judging:
• Cake entry must be set up by 1:00 PM – judging begins promptly at 1:00 PM
• Two fun competition categories:
• Best Decorated / Prettiest Cake
• Best Tasting Cake
• Winners will be announced before tasting begins
Cake Sharing Rules:
• Only guests who bring a cake can take slices
• A single cake can serve a family or group together, sharing one box of slices
• Please take only your fair share
Allergy Notice:
• There will most likely be cakes with common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.) – please enjoy responsibly
After Judging:
• Everyone with a cake may fill their box and enjoy slices from any cakes they’d like
• Hang out, taste different cakes, and enjoy the picnic vibes ☀️
Extras & Notes:
• Feel free to bring a blanket, drinks, or picnic extras
• This is a public event – anyone can come and watch or participate
