📍Το Σαββατοκύριακο 19 και 20 Σεπτέμβρη, στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο, θα γίνει η 19η Αντιρατσιστική Γιορτή του Κυριακάτικου Σχολείου Μεταναστών και της Κίνησης «Απελάστε τον Ρατσισμό». Ένα μεγάλο φεστιβάλ συνύπαρξης με δεκάδες μεταναστευτικές και προσφυγικές οργανώσεις, αντιρατσιστικές και αντιφασιστικές κινήσεις, εργατικά σωματεία, ομάδες δικαιωμάτων, φεμινιστικές, lgbtqi+ και αναπηρικές συλλογικότητες.
🫱🏿🫲🏿Φέτος το κεντρικό σύνθημα της Γιορτής μας είναι: «Δώστε τα χέρια αδέλφια μου, αυτό ‘ναι η ειρήνη», ένας εμβληματικός στίχος του κορυφαίου μας ποιητή Γιάννη Ρίτσου. Σας καλούμε λοιπόν να δώσουμε τα χέρια. Για έναν κόσμο ειρηνικό, με αλληλεγγύη, δικαιοσύνη και ισότητα. Για μια ζωή χωρίς ρατσισμό και διακρίσεις, φτώχεια και πόλεμο.
❗Η φετινή αντιρατσιστική μας γιορτή γίνεται την ώρα που οι ιμπεριαλιστικοί πόλεμοι συνεχίζουν να σπέρνουν θάνατο και απελπισία σε μια σειρά από περιοχές του κόσμου, ταυτόχρονα και ανεξάρτητα με τις εύθραυστες συμφωνίες που υπογράφονται. Επιβεβαιώνοντας πως στη Γάζα, στο Λίβανο, στο Ιράν και στη Μέση Ανατολή, στην Ουκρανία και σε όλο τον κόσμο, δεν μπορεί να υπάρξει μόνιμη ειρήνη χωρίς πραγματική δικαιοσύνη.
Την ίδια ώρα οι προσφυγ(ισσ)ες και οι μετανάστ(ρι)ες, τα αθώα θύματα των πολέμων και της φτώχειας, αντιμετωπίζονται ως κίνδυνος και απειλή, με δολοφονίες και pushbacks στα σύνορα, με φυλακίσεις και ρατσιστικούς νόμους στην Ελλάδα και στην Ευρώπη. Απέναντι στις απάνθρωπες πολιτικές που στρώνουν το δρόμο στην ακροδεξιά και στο φασισμό, το Σαββατοκύριακο 19 και 20 Σεπτέμβρη δίνουμε τα χέρια σε ένα πανηγύρι συνύπαρξης και έμπρακτης αλληλεγγύης ντόπιων και μεταναστ(ρ)ιών. Στον κοινό αγώνα για τα δικαιώματα και τις ελευθερίες όλων. Για δικαιοσύνη στα θύματα στα Τέμπη, στη Χίο, στην Πύλο, στη Βιολάντα. Γιατί οι ζωές όλων των ανθρώπων είναι πολύτιμες, ανεξάρτητα από φύλο, φυλή, θρησκεία ή εθνικότητα.
✨Σας περιμένουμε λοιπόν, στις 19 & 20 Σεπτέμβρη να βρεθούμε από κοντά. Να τραγουδήσουμε, να χορέψουμε, να διασκεδάσουμε, να συζητήσουμε. Γιατί ο μόνος χαμένος αγώνας είναι αυτός που δεν δώσαμε. Και η μόνη χαμένη γιορτή είναι αυτή που δεν πήγαμε!

📍On the weekend of September 19 and 20, at Panteion University, the 19th Anti-Racism Celebration organized by the Sunday School for Migrants and the “Deport Racism” Movement will take place. A major festival of coexistence featuring dozens of immigrant and refugee organizations, anti-racist and anti-fascist movements, labor unions, rights groups, and feminist, LGBTQI+, and disability collectives.
🫱🏿🫲🏿This year, the central slogan of our Celebration is: “Join hands, my brothers and sisters, this is peace,” an iconic line by our leading poet Yannis Ritsos. We therefore invite you to join hands. For a peaceful world, with solidarity, justice, and equality. For a life free from racism and discrimination, poverty and war.
❗This year’s Anti-Racism Celebration takes place at a time when imperialist wars continue to sow death and despair in a number of regions around the world, simultaneously and independently of the fragile agreements being signed. This reaffirms that in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, and the Middle East, in Ukraine, and throughout the world, there can be no lasting peace without true justice.
At the same time, refugees and migrants, the innocent victims of war and poverty, are treated as a danger and a threat, through killings and pushbacks at the borders, through imprisonment and racist laws in Greece and across Europe. In the face of inhumane policies that pave the way for the far right and fascism, on the weekend of September 19 and 20, we join hands in a Celebration of coexistence and active solidarity between locals and migrants. In the common struggle for the rights and freedoms of all. For justice for the victims in Tempi, Chios, Pylos, and Violanta. Because all human lives are matter, regardless of gender, race, religion, or nationality.
🎉So we look forward to seeing you on September 19 and 20 to come together in person. To sing, dance, have fun, and discuss. Because the only lost battle is the one we didn’t fight. And the only missed celebration is the one we didn’t attend!
