Please join us for the 19th Annual New Jersey College and University Public Safety Association (NJ CUPSA) Northeast Regional Campus Public Safety Conference being held April 14-15, 2026 at Resorts Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ .

One of the highlights of our annual conference is the Vendor Exhibit and Reception being held on Tuessday evening, April 14, 2026 from 6:00pm-9:00pm. The event will truly offer a unique opportunity to meet the decision makers from our institutions of higher education to display and market your products and services. Safety and security continue to be a top priority for the higher education community as we work to prepare our campuses for critical incidents. Maintaining a close relationship with the vendor community allows us to leverage your products and services in our quest to create safe campuses.

NJ CUPSA represents campus public safety agencies including police and security departments on higher education campuses throughout New Jersey. Our primary purpose is to advocate for our member agencies to develop best practices for college and university police and security departments, serve as an education and training resource and to create positive networking opportunities.

The 2026 Northeast Regional Campus Public Safety Conference is a great opportunity for your company. Once again, we've put together an excellent educational line up and hope that you can be part of our vendor reception.

The vendor exhibit will allow you to highlight the latest technology, equipment and solutions that help our members meet the challenges of keeping our campuses safe. Conference Sponsor (1 available): Full Participation in all Conference events with the opportunity to set up booth for the entire event, opportunity to display banner throughout conference, marketing materials in meeting rooms and acknowledgement of Conference Sponsorship. Opportunity to address membership during conference. Corporate logo on conference giveaway. (4) Full Conference Attendee Registrations- $8000

Premier Sponsor (2 available): Particpiation in Vendor Reception & Show on Tuesday April 14, 2026 6:00pm-9:00pm (8' X 10' booth). Opportunity to address membership during reception; opportunity to display banner in meeting rooms; marketing materials in meeting rooms; recognition of sponsorship. Gold Sponsor (4 available): Participation in Vendor Reception & Show on Tuesday April 14, 2026 6:00pm-9:00pm (8' X 10' booth). Sponsorship of breakfast (Wednesday) or lunch (Tuesday or Wednesday); opportunity to address membership at sponsored meal; opportunity to display banner in meeting rooms; marketing materials in meeting rooms; recognition of sponsorship. Hospitality Suite Sponsor (1 available): Sponsorship of nightly hospitality suit on Tuesday April 14, 2026 9:00pm-1:00am. Sponsorship may be split among multiple vendors. Additional Information

As in the past, we are including Vendor Give-A-Ways. We encourage all vendor partners to donate items that will be raffled during the Vendor Reception & Show. All raffles will be conducted using business cards deposited at your respective exhibit booths. This feature is another way to ensure delegates visit with you at your booths.

Electric may be requested at an additional charge and may be reserved directly through the hotel. Electric is included with Conference, Premium and Gold Level Sponsorships.
