Get excited as our 19th Annual Ministry Fundraiser offers Greenville their 11th Annual Cross Training 5K Race!! Hope of Glory and CrossFit Greenville are proud to partner and offer the cross training 5K to benefit those in need throughout Pitt County. Please join us as we blend our Annual 5K race with Cross Training exercises into a beautiful course beginning at Uptown Greenville, towards the Town Common and back up 5th Street, running by East Carolina University.

Our race offers the option to runners to run a regular 5K, for families to walk a 5K together, or those who like to step up their fitness level can participate in the 6 cross training stations guided by coaches from CrossFit Greenville. These stations are placed throughout the 5K run and require a completion of specific exercises with multiple repetitions. Any weight exercises will be adjusted based on fitness level and weight requirements. Heats will be used to separate beginner, intermediate, and advance cross training levels.
Proceeds will help Hope of Glory Ministries in their mission to relieve burdens, empower families, and proclaim Christ throughout our community!

Pre-Registered race bag can also be picked up on race day 10/11/2025 from 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM at the race day headquarters (UBE Parking Lot)
T-SHIRTS:
All participants will receive a quality moisture wicking race t-shirt! Those who pre-registered by Sept. 13th are guaranteed their size. Those who register after Sept. 13th are not guaranteed their size.
