Each year teams fielded by local law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community members tackle an extraordinary challenge to help the Sierra Vista Police Department raise money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Arizona. Teams will compete in four categories by pulling the Sierra Vista Police Department’s 17,500-pound LENCO Bearcat as fast as they can!
Registration fees are $175 or $200 depending on the team’s category. Teams are encouraged to raise funds to support the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Arizona. Register by October 5 to receive free T-shirts for team members. Team registration is also available on the morning of the event from 8 to 9 a.m. For more information, call Officer Trish Harman at (520) 452-7500.
