1970s Disco Dancing Class with The Meyer Dancers!

Join us, The Meyer Dancers in the heart of Camden Town, for a trip back in time to the golden 1970s disco era!

With the vibes of John Travolta mixed with Soul Train and Pans People, this FUN and EMPOWERING class will be sure to satisfy the dancing feet of all disco lovers!

What to expect from the class?

• Get ready to move to the sounds of the 70s with a great warm up to 1970's classic disco hits, rarities and dreamy numbers!

• Learn the original 1970's moves from dances that defined the era - think Soul Train, Boogie Nights and Pans People!

• We’ll even teach part of a 70s disco inspired routine so you can get confident for any dancefloor!

All of our classes are open level so you don’t need any experience, just enthusiasm and a love of music!

Please arrive no earlier than ten minutes before the class begins.

Latecomer Policy: Latecomers are welcomed to join in, up to 10 minutes after the start of class. If you arrive any later you can watch but it’s not safe to join in.

Refund Policy - Please note there are no refunds for this event. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, we recommend selling your ticket onto another person who will enjoy the workshop.

What to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in, dress up as much or as little as you like! For this session we recommend you wear comfortable shoes or trainers, please avoid high heels, boots or sandals.

What to bring?

Please bring a water bottle and if you like a towel, as disco dance can get quite hot!
