Inshore slam ( Redfish Speckle Trout, and Flounder)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd places
Individual Categories for each inshore species:
Redfish**
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Places.
Speckled Trout**
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Places.
Flounder
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Places.
Leopard Redfish* ( most individual spots. All spots touching will count as 1 spot). 1st place only
Calcutta’s: There will be a $30 buy in for Calcutta's. This will put you in the entry for the largest fish from EACH category. In the case of a tie, the first fish entered will win the category. One winner from each category.
Special Note about Redfish**
All redfish submitted for entry into the tournament will be measured to ensure compliance with the Alabama Game and Fish Commission rules and regulations for “slot” sizes. Alabama Slot is 16” to 26”
All redfish submitted will be measured by “pinched Tail” method. Redfish which touches the 26” mark with pinched tail will be disqualified from the competition.
Special Note about Speckled Trout**.
All Speckled Trout submitted for entry into the tournament will be measured to ensure compliance with the Alabama Game and Fish commission Rules and Regulations for “Slot” size. Alabama Slot size is 15” to 22”
All Speckle Trout submitted will be measured by “as it lays” method. Any trout which touches the 22” mark will be disqualified from the competition.
