September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. The 18 annual Sickle Cell Walk is rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5. . Proceeds will help benefit the James R. Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund.On-site registration begins at 7:30 am. Opening ceremonies will kick off at 8 am and the walk will begin at 8:30 am.
