Show Description and Performer Responsibilities:
The Black Cat Cabaret is holding auditions for the 18th Black Cat Carnival stage show on October 25th. There will be two shows at 9pm and 11pm. You may be asked to perform in one or both shows depending on the auditions and setlist formation.

The theme of the Black Cat Carnival Side is Dark Carnival or Dark Fairy Tale. We welcome any act that aligns with vintage Halloween or circus, dark carnival, traditional side show, dark fairy tale, or dark folk lore. Please prepare a 3-5 minute act. You may submit multiple act ideas. We will need your full creative concept by audition date or video submission date. Finer details, final music, and costuming may be completed by dress rehearsal for your act in October.

Auditions will be held from 2pm- 4pm on Sunday, September 14th, 2025.

We will meet at Le Chat Noir’s Theater on 304 8th St, Augusta, GA 30901.

Le Chat Performer Agreement: In order to maintain a safe and fun event for all performers and support staff we ask that you not perform drunk or under the influence of any substance. By agreeing to participate in the show you will need to show up by call time 7:30pm and/or 9:30pm fully dressed on show day. in the designated dressing area. We expect all costumes and props to be completed and in working order for the show. As always we are in full support of the arts and an emergency kit will be available for performers and their costumes. The Black Cat Cabaret will hold the right to ask you to leave the show if these requirements are not met.
