SAE International and MI Innovation Alliance invite you to join us for the 16th Annual Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC) semifinals at UM-Dearborn in Dearborn, Michigan.
Sixteen (16) global mobility startups from ten (10) countries and US three (3)states have been selected as this year’s Semifinalists.
Program includes:
- 10-minute Innovator Presentations on new/emerging mobility technologies
- Automotive Industry Judges Panel Q&A
- Keynote Speakers
Keynote Speakers provide insight into the future needs and opportunities for the ever evolving automotive and mobility industries.

GAMIC provides early‐stage start‐ups with an opportunity for competition‐prep coaching; and for the four (4) Award Winners, in-kind acceleration services (including targeted exposure to decision‐makers).
The Semifinals also provides an opportunity to learn about trends, technologies and investment perspectives for high value auto / mobility innovations. OEMs, suppliers, investors, thought leaders and entrepreneurs will participate in a virtual networking and talk about future needs and opportunities for the ever evolving automotive and mobility industries.

About GAMIC:
The Global Automotive and Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC) – a collaboration by MI Innovation Alliance and SAE International is designed to:
- Identify innovative companies in the automotive and mobility spaces
- Invite startups for regional and international to compete
- Provide expert mentoring to founders and innovators
- Cultivate new technologies and solutions
- Help Facilitate a rapid and seamless path to commercialization
The top 8-10 Semi-Finals Winners will advance to the 17th Annual GAMIC FINALS which will be held on Monday April 7, 2025 from 12:00 Noon - 5:30 PM EST.
THE GAMIC FINALS are held during the SAE WCX - WORLD CONGRESS at the Huntington Place, 1 Washington Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226, USA.
