Event objectives:
By the conclsion of our CEBONS Ed Day, the participants will be able to:
• Describe 2 molecular profiling techniques used to diagnosis solid tumor cancers.
• Describe 2 molecular profiling techniques used to determine treatments of hematologic cancers.
• List 3 cancers which may benefit from treatment with proton radiation therapy.
• Explain “social determinants of care” for oncology patients & 2 possible barriers for these patients
• Describe the various roles of a navigator; how navigation is used to improve the cancer patient experience throughout the trajectory of care.
• List 2 self-care activities attendees may use to prioritize physical, mental, & emotional well-being
