Nekeisha Alayna Alexis, MA, Intercultural Competence and Undoing Racism coordinator at Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, was a co-leader of the team that produced the Benham West documentary and is co-writer of the project’s accompanying book, What Happened at Benham West: African American Stories of Community, Displacement and Hope.
