Are you aged 16–25 and navigating life after school, college, university, or starting work?
Our Next Steps Social Group provides a friendly and understanding space for autistic young adults to relax, connect with others, build confidence, and share experiences.
These sessions are designed to help you meet people in similar situations, develop social confidence, and explore new experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment.
At Next Steps, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✨ Meet other autistic young adults and make new connections
✨ Build confidence in social situations, education, work, and everyday life
✨ Take part in activities and conversations at your own pace
✨ Develop communication, teamwork, and independence skills in a welcoming environment
✨ Receive support from friendly staff who understand autism and are there to help you feel included and valued
🗓️ Date: Monday 21 September
🕕 Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 Venue: I AM, 1114 Chester Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0HL
💷 Activity Cost: £10 per person
