Get your team ready to compete in the 16th Annual Thin Blue Line LEMC Foundation Fajita Cook-Off.
Competitions include Beef Fajitas ★ Chicken Fajitas ★ Charro Beans ★ Ribs ★ Dessert ★ Bloody Marys ★ Cornhole Tournament and a Fishing Tournament.
VERY IMPORTANT-If you are registering for the Fajita Cook-Off, please pay attention to the instructions. The instructions are on the form and you get prompts as you're filling out the form. It's easier to do it on a desk top or laptop than a phone. At the end you should receive an email asking you to confirm your email. Once you do that you will get a conformation email. If you don't complete the steps, we won't get your registration, just like it says on the form.
