16th annual Sailing with Shino event

We are pleased to announce the 16th Annual Sailing with Shino event will take place from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Wayzata Community Sailing Center located at 456 Arlington Circle S. in Wayzata.
The event is free, however donations for the memorial Fund are graciously accepted.
Our 2026 fundraising goal is to raise $5,000 to maintain our mission of supporting children and area youth in learning to sail by sponsoring scholarships to sailing school and Sailing with Shino summer camp. Please check to see if your company will match your gift (tax ID: 41-1986402).
It’s always a joy to come together to share memories, discuss the mission of the Fund and share in a beautiful Minnesota summer day while sailing on the lake. We’ll have complimentary snacks, frozen treats, cool beverages, and an opportunity to sail on Wayzata Bay, and a number of kids’ activities and games for adults, too. The whole family is welcome!
