Celebrate creativity and community while Celebrating America’s Spirit during America's 250th celebration at the 16th Annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival on Saturday, July 4th in downtown Casper on 2nd Street between Center & David. Start the morning with a free pancake breakfast and registration at 8 a.m., then grab some chalk and turn the sidewalk into your canvas. Chalk is provided and participation is free. The first 300 participants receive a free commemorative t-shirt and a Central Wyoming PRCA Rodeo ticket.
