16th Annual Crimes Against the Elderly Conference

October is Elder Financial Exploitation Awareness Month.

This year’s conference will focus on protecting older adults from scams, fraud, and financial abuse. Expert-led sessions will cover topics such as deceptive business practices, financial exploitation, and advocacy for elder Texans, offering tools and resources to help safeguard our community.

• Conference will be held in Building A
• Registration starts at 8:00am
• Free entrance with the donation of incontinent supplies, wipes, cleaning products, Kleenex, paper towels, or toilet paper for the APS Silver Star Resource Room
• CEUs will be provided at no cost for Social Workers and APS staff.
• Breakfast & Lunch will be provided, 30+ exhibitors, door prizes, and much more!
