Dear Valued Clients of Tuscawilla Oaks Animal Hospital,
Our pets are family, and losing them is one of the deepest heartbreaks we experience. Grief looks different for everyone, but honoring their memory is a meaningful step in healing. It is our privilege each year to come together as a community and celebrate the lives of the companions who touched our hearts so profoundly.
In remembrance of the beloved pets who have passed this year, we invite you to join us for our 16th Annual Candlelight Vigil. This is an evening of reflection, support, and shared love. During this ceremony, guests may light a candle in honor of their departed companion, share cherished memories, and experience a touching memorial slideshow created from the photos submitted by our families.

• When: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025
• Time: 7:00 PM (Please arrive by 6:45 PM)
• Where: Epiphany Lutheran Church (next door to Tuscawilla Oaks Animal Hospital)
• Parking: Available in the Epiphany Lutheran Church parking lot
We hope that you and your loved ones will join us for this special evening of remembrance and healing.
RSVP Instructions:
Guests must RSVP no later than November 25th, 2025.
To RSVP, please email [email protected]
and include:
1. Up to five photos of your pet for the memorial slideshow
2. The number of guests attending
3. Your name (first and last), and your pet’s name

If you are unable to join us in person, you may still submit photos, and we will lovingly light a candle in your pet’s honor during the ceremony. The ceremony will be broadcast live on Facebook, and the memorial slideshow will be shared on our website and social media in the days following the vigil.
Please note: Photo submissions must be received by November 25th, 2025, to be included in the slideshow.
