ARIZONA CONSORTIUM FOR THE ARTS PRESENTS ITS 16th ANNUAL BLUE GUITAR FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS!The event is free. The festival runs from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm and will be held at the Desert Ridge Marketplace. The marketplace is at 21001 N Tatum Blvd. Phoenix, 85050.
The event is in collaboration with the Phoenix Writers Club and the Arizona Consortium for the Arts.
