16th Ablation Workshop Sponsorship Opportunities

The workshop typically attracts more than 150 academic, government, and industry participants from across the world. The multi-day workshop will include technical sessions, an opening evening reception, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, a site visit, and banquet dinner. EVENTBRITE FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE ABLATION WORKSHOP 2026

The event management website, Eventbrite, charges a service fee per ticket to host our event. That fee is 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket. Eventbrite also charges a 2.9% credit card transaction fee per ticket. The Ablation Workshop absorbs these fees. However, should you need to cancel your sponsorship, the Ablation Workshop must still pay these fees. Accordingly, refunds will be available through August 3rd, 2026 (less service and credit card fees). After August 3rd, refunds are not available. Note that it may take 1 month or more for the university to refund a payment made by check.
