In honor of the tragic loss of Sim Urivetsky the 1683 Bar and the Songwriters of Long Island will be co-hosting a live music fundraiser to help her family with any costs coming up.
A $10 donation will be collected at the door (feel free to donate more…) and given to the family via check once all $ is counted.
This will be an acoustic open mic scenario with full PA/mics/stands/stools/percussion (including Cajon) being supplied.
Show your support and sing a song or two in honor of Sim, or just tell a story, poem or share some memories.
Sim has been a fixture in the musical songwriting community for decades - stop down, share the love, enjoy the great bar food and drink that 1683 has to offer, and be a part of this historic event.
Songs start @ 6:00 pm.
