Course Overview
This accredited 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course (16 guided learning hours) is designed for anyone who spends time in the outdoors. It provides practical, hands-on training for real-world situations where medical help may be delayed.
Led by Nick Rowe, a qualified Mountain Leader and first aid provider, the course is highly practical and delivered outdoors where possible.
