The 15th Avenue Development includes 22 new single-family homes and one duplex, creating 24 new housing units designed to provide quality, attainable homeownership opportunities for Dodge City families.
This project was made possible through the collaboration of OMA Construction, the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC), the City of Dodge City, Grant County Bank, and the Dodge City/Ford County Development Corporation. The development also utilized the Kansas Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Program and the Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credit (KHITC) Program, helping make quality housing more attainable while encouraging new investment in our community.
