Tryon Beer Fest is celebrating 15 incredible years, and this year we're raising a stein to where it all began!
Before it became one of the Carolinas' favorite craft beer festivals, Tryon Beer Fest started as a cozy, community Oktoberfest complete with German food, an authentic Oompah band, and neighbors gathering together in downtown Tryon. This year, we're bringing a little of that nostalgia back while keeping everything you've grown to love over the past 15 years.
Join us as we kick off the celebration with one of Asheville's own lively Oompah bands-The Appalachian Freunde Polka Band, feast on authentic German favorites from Haus Heidelberg, and toast to the festival that has become a beloved annual tradition.
Then it's time to keep the party going with all the fan favorites:
Unlimited tastings from an incredible lineup of craft breweries from across the Carolinas and beyond.
Dance the afternoon away as our headliner, The Song Band, keeps the energy high and the dance floor packed.
Test your strength in the crowd-favorite Stein Hoist Competition.
Take your best shot at Hoppy Hammer and see if you've got the aim, strength and precision to win!
Strike a pose in our legendary photo booth and capture memories with your fest crew.

Delicious vendor food will be available for purchase throughout the day, so come thirsty—and hungry!
Designated Driver/Non-Drinking tickets $15
including festival admission and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. Because not everyone wants to drink, but they still know how to have a great time at a great festival!
