15th Annual Superhero 5K & Fun Run – A Foster Care Awareness Event!

Bridge a Life invites the community to the 15th Annual Superhero 5K & Fun Run on Saturday February 7 2026 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota FL. This family-friendly event raises awareness for the 700+ children in foster care across Sarasota Manatee and DeSoto counties. Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superheroes and enjoy a morning filled with racing music food costume contests and community celebration. Events include a Kids' Fun Run at 8:30 AM a chip-timed 5K starting at 9:00 AM and a virtual 5K option for those who prefer to run remotely.
