Join us for the 15th Annual Staten Island Black Heritage Family Day, a powerful celebration of Black heritage, history, culture, music, family, and community!
This milestone celebration will feature the exciting sounds of the Malcolm X Shabazz High School Marching Band and the Lincoln University Orange Crush Marching Band!

11:00 a.m. — Opening Ceremony
Richmond Road and Vanderbilt Avenue
12:00 noon — The People’s Parade
Come march, celebrate, and represent your organization, church, school, business, fraternity, sorority, or community group.
1:00–6:00 p.m. — “We Are Family Festival”
Tappen Park, Staten Island
Enjoy live entertainment, marching bands, Gospel performances, community organizations, vendors, family activities, culture, fellowship, and much more!
2026 Theme:
“Honoring the Ancestors, Inspiring Our Future”
Bring your family, invite your friends, and help us celebrate 15 years of honoring and uplifting Staten Island’s Black community.
