Welcome to the 15th Annual OC Autism Breakfast With Santa & Resource Fair on Saturday, December 21, 2024 @10am-1pm at the Atlantis Play Center.

It's a Pajamas Party!!!

Join us ant 5,000 of our special guests for a holiday inclusion event to celebrate neurodiversity and Our Community (OC) of support. Come enjoy festive food, fun, photo wiht Santa, live entertainment and much more FREE of charge for families living with Autism and other disabilities.

We need your support! Donate online at www.ocautism.com: $20 to sponsor a child or $100 to sponsor a family to fully experience the holiday season in a safe and accepting enviroment . Thank you for helping us raise AUTISM AWARENES, ACCEPTANCE & ADVOCACY in OUR COMMUNITY (OC)!

BOOTH INFORMATIONS:

• Our resource failr will consist of local small business, organizations and companies in support of the Autism and disabilty community.
• Booth are FREE for small businesses, student vendors, director therapy, advocacy. social services and support groups
• Limited vendor booths for large companies or coorporations are available with event sponsorship.

BOOTH SCHEDULE:

• Booth check-in begin at 9am
• Events ends at 1pm
• A 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided
• Bring a canopy if you prefer to
• We encourage our vendors to bring their children for this inclusive event

GENERAL ADMISSIONS TICKETS:

• Tickets are available ONLY to families living with Autism and other disabilities to the 15th Annual OC Autism Breakfast With Santa & Resource Fair in Garden Grove, CA
• Online registration is required for general admission tickets to this exclusive event. Tickets are limited. Early registration is recommended.
• Printed tickets and ID are required at the CHECK-IN booth on the date of the event. Due to high volume of guests we need the necessary documents to move the line quickly. No exceptions.

GUEST SCHEDULE:

• General Check-in from10am-1pm
• VIP Check-in at 10am and 11am for Opening Ceremony at the main stage near the toys
• Event ends at 1pm

VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS:

• A Release of Liability and Waiver form will be sent via email and must be completed prior to the event or submitted at VIP CHECK-IN booth upon entrance.
• Each club is allowed to sign-up to 50 volunteers. Group leaders must assign half of the volunteers for Shift #1 (6am-11am) and other half of volunteers for Shift #2 (10:00am-3pm). Make sure the second group arrives at the station on time to get proper training from the first group. We encourge volunteers to be dropped-off or arrive early with ample time to park and walk to the entrance.
• Check-in and check-out list must be completed by group leaders and submitted to the VIP CHECK-IN booth. If the group leader does not submit the required forms on time for the shifts, we will NOT allow the club to participate.
