On the fourth of July this year, it will be 15 YEARS that my son Dan has been gone. :-( We are having our 15th annual memorial to honor him. This is intended to be a day at the park for the whole family to enjoy as Dan always did with his family. He loved picnics, and family gatherings. This is a great way to pay tribute to Dan. The cost will be $15.00 for adults and all children are FREE. We will have pizza, chicken, Danny's famous potato salad, pasta salad, dessert, and bottled water. We will have gift baskets to raffle as well as other raffles. There is plenty to do at the park, walking trails, fishing, swimming in the city pool for a small fee, paddle boards for a fee, and corn hole of course. Please invite whoever you want, spread the word and let’s make this a BIG event. We would love to see you and meet you if we haven't yet. Proceeds will go to Cornerstone of Hope a place for grief counseling that helped my entire family, including me! I was a volunteer at Cornerstone, and I greeted the grieving families as they came in the doors. It's a wonderful place that provides HOPE to many! We just want to give back to the people that that helped us in our time of need! I would like to personally thank everyone for their continued support.
