June 16th, 1774 to June 16th 2024! 250 Years since Harrodsburg's founding will be celebrated starting with a Parade on June 8th and ending with a Founder's Day celebration on June 16th, 2024. Settlers, natives and traders will be encamped at Fort Harrod and demonstrations going on all day from the 13th - 16th with a raid on the fort Saturday at 3:00PM. Events going on all over town those four day and even a canoe trip on the KY River for re-enactors. We will limit space for traders so contact the park soon. We are interested in getting as many re-enactors as we can for the Parade and the encampment here at Old Fort Harrod State Park. Please contact us at 85-734-3314.
