Pelvic health is more important than ever. By improving knowledge about our bodies, we have an improved chance to better our health. Pelvic floor symptoms can contribute to or trigger anxiety, depression, and more. Yoga offers a wonderful integration of pelvic floor health with support for the peripheral nervous system - it’s all related. •

This training is FOR you if you
✅want to learn more about pelvic health
✅treat patients with pelvic floor conditions
✅teach yoga and want to deepen your knowledge of anatomy/physiology for this region of the body
✅are hoping to offer specialized classes including Prenatal Yoga or Pelvic Floor Yoga

This training also features guest speaker @kaushalnanavatimd as we delve into the gut microbiome and its role in pelvic health, additional pre-readings, anatomy/physiology/function of the pelvic floor and pelvis, clinical and class-specific applications, and 1:1 guided feedback and practice teaching.

Each graduate also gets a follow up call with me about applying this knowledge to your life-practice-teaching.

Continuing Education credits available for all yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
