During these hour-long sessions, you will experience personalised healing using various instruments, including tuning forks, chimes, gongs, rattles, and vocals.
Each session is tailored to the group's specific needs, ensuring a profound resonance and connection to self.
Sound healing is an impactful energy healing that utilises sound vibrations across various frequencies and instruments to restore the body's natural resonance, bringing harmony to the mind, body, soul, and spirit.
The benefits of sound healing are extensive, including chakra cleansing and balancing, reduced anxiety and stress, pain relief, relaxation, increased creativity, improved sleep patterns, enhanced energy levels, sharpened hearing, and potential assistance with blood pressure and diabetes. Our practitioners, Laura and Rosie, are fully insured and qualified tuning fork and sound practitioners Gong Masters and Reiki Masters. They are deeply passionate about sound healing, have completed extensive training, and are qualified sound ambassadors with Suara Sound Academy and Don Conreaux Grand Gong Master.
They recommend experiencing a sound session firsthand as it offers profoundly transformative and unique experiences during and after it.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and other items to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the session. Please let us know if you have any medical concerns before the sound bath.
