Come one, come all! There is something for everyone at the Reindeer Run. We welcome runners and walkers of every level to American Canyon on December 7th beginning with pre-race festivities at 8am, and a staggered start: 10k at 9am, 5k at 9:10am. If you aren't able to join us in person, don't worry - the virtual option is still there for you! This is a fun event for the whole family!**ALL ABOUT THE REINDEER RUN**
Registered participants will receive a festive race shirt and a special finisher’s medal that doubles as a holiday ornament. Pre-race snacks, hot chocolate, and coffee will also be provided.
The walk/run takes place at the American Canyon Wetlands along the Napa River Bay Trail, which has been dubbed one of the most beautiful courses in the Bay Area. The course consists of flat paved and well-groomed gravel trails along the beautiful wetlands, providing participants with views of wildlife, including an occasional river otter.
Prizes will be awarded in different age categories to the first, second, and third-place runners as well as overall 5k and 10k winners for the mens and women race. Santa Claus and Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer will also make an appearance.
A virtual race option is available and makes it easy to participate from anywhere you choose! Virtual runners and walkers can complete their race anytime the week of December 7th -December 14th. Registration opens August 1st; sign up at www.runsignup.com/acreindeerrun and be part of the fun! 🥳
