14th Annual Illiana Waifu Tournament

Time for our 14th annual Illiana Waifu Tournament. Looking forward to seeing what people choose to play and what shrines we will see.
The entry will be $10. All entry fees will be redistributed to the top 3 as store credit. Normal Promos will also be distributed as well.
The event will be Neo Standard and follow the ban list of the language you play.
No sets will be banned or any cards outside of the ban list created by Bushiroad for the JP and ENG formats
1.Your deck must be constructed of all of one chosen character. (Guy or girl.. We don't judge)
2. You are allowed up to 4 copies of one card that portray a different character but they can not be Lv3 living characters.
2.1 You can use lv3 events or Mech character cards like Sterilizia and Gurren Lagann as it. Also to clarify a character is defined as a entity that is organic and living in the series. A Mech is not a character since it is not a living being and requires beings to run it. The deck must be Neo-Standard and follow the banlist of the language it is built in.
3. A card is considered applicable to your character if they are the focus of the title. (Ex. Honoka, Energetic as Merit)
4. If a card name does not focus on a character such as "Everyone Tree Climbing" then you would need to look at the card art. The TD version of this card would be only legal in a Honoka deck but the booster pack version would only be legal in a Kotori or Umi build.
5. If the card has no "clearly defined" character in the card title or art such as Money Counter then it will count towards the one card (up to 4 copies) you are allowed to use that are not your chosen character.
6. Any CX can be played in your deck if it has the character's name in the title or character image in the art. You may also play a CX if it is listed on a card that portrays your character.
7. A card that portrays a generic character such as KC/SE28-11 Destroyer Ni Class or ID/W10-014 Sisters are characters, and while not legal to choose as your Waifu. They can be used in your deck if you choose so as part of your 4 non waifu cards.
8. Generic characters with multiple versions of themselves are not legal to choose as waifu. For example you can choose Last Order or Sister 1001, however the generic sisters are multiple girls so you can not choose all of them.. So basically if it says you can have unlimited copies it probably can not be your character choice... you are welcome to use them as your 4 non character cards.
9. The event is intended to celebrate the special appreciation of certain characters in anime. If your trying to find loop holes in the rules to place a card in your deck then it probably does not fit in the spirit of the event and you may be asked to replace that card at the event. If you have any questions on the legality of cards please contact Audri Sampson or Benjamin Schiffli here on Facebook
