Join Us for the 14th Annual BASCA Cape"ABILITIES" Run, Walk & Roll Event!

Bring your family, friends, coworkers, and teams out for this fun, family-friendly event designed for participants of all ages and abilities! Whether you Run, Walk, or Roll, come celebrate Cape "ABILITIES" and support inclusion for people of ALL abilities.
This year, funds raised will support the purchase of a wheelchair-accessible van to help the individuals BASCA serves safely access medical appointments, jobs, activities, and community outings. Accessible transportation plays a critical role in helping our clients remain connected, independent, and engaged in the community.
Choose between:
🚶 A 1-Mile Fun Walk
🏃 A scenic 3.1-mile 5K
💻 Or participate virtually from wherever you are!

• Fundraising Incentives
• Best Team Name Contest
• Cape Contest returns!
• Vendors, mascots, food and more family fun
We’re also excited to welcome back Ainsley’s Angels, helping make this event inclusive and accessible for participants of all abilities.
Participants will receive:
👕 A commemorative race T-shirt*
🏅 Finisher medal
⏱ Chip timing and finish line photos for 5K runners
🏆 Overall and age group awards
