We invite you to join our Singing Circle & Sound Bath in Basel!
🍀3:00 – 4:30 PM: Singing Circle
🍀4:30–5:00 PM: Tea & Snacks
🍀5:00 – 6:00 PM: Sound Bath
We will begin having fun with group vocal improvisation led by Aleksander. Playing with sounds, discovering our authentic voice, developing our vocal skills, self-expression and confidence. No experience necessary. You are welcome to participate as much as you feel comfortable, including conducting the group.
We will have a break with an open table (bring something to share if you like!) and enjoy each other's company.
Then Michelle will invite us to lie down on comfortable mats to experience a relaxing, restorative sound bath. We'll be immersed in vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, played in a sensitive and soothing way.
An invitation to let go, have fun, connect with ourselves and others, and recharge our energy!
