Upon arrival, please proceed to the registration table to check-in, receive your scorecard and cart number, and collect your golfer gift bag.
2025 Golfer Fees: $160 per Golfer
The following is what your fees include:
- Complimentary Coffee, water & baked goods are provided by Tim Horton's
- 18 Holes of Golf with a Cart
- 1 Hotdog & Gatorade or pop at the turn.
- Post-round banquet w/ 3-course dinner, with award ceremony and prize draws - cash bar.
- Chance to win the $10,000 Hole in One Challenge
- Chance to win best-dressed foursome prize
- Chance to win in-game contests (Closest to the Pin x3 [Men’s & Ladies], Longest Drive & Straightest Drive).
- Chance to win Tournament Prizes for team Lowest Gross and Blind Bogey Handicap Net score with runner-up prizes.
- $42 Charitable Tax Receipt and Thank You Letter from the Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association
Add-Ons available throughout the tournament:
- Team Mulligans - $10/each (Max 4 per Team) - Must be purchased at registration.
- 50/50 Draw - $5/ticket or 5 for $20
- Raffle Tickets - 3 for $5 or 10 for $10
- WestJet Presents: The Gift of Flight - 1 Ticket for $10 or 3 for $20
- Putting Contest Presented by Local 444 - $5 for 3 balls (attempts), available before or during your round, cash prizes to be won!
