About this Event
Launch into winter action by attending the longest consecutive ski jumping tournament in the country! The Ishpeming Ski Club will be hosting the 138th Annual Ski Jumping Tournament, held at the UP Nordic Ski Complex, January 17th-18th, 2024. Friday’s tournament is a U.S. Cup event, and just one stop on the national premier circuit. Saturday will be the return of the Paul Bietila Memorial Tournament where ski jumpers from all over the U.S.A. will test their abilities to fly as far as possible with the best style. The Tournament weekend will be complete with tailgating, bonfires, food trucks, fireworks and great views of the action on Suicide Hill. There will also be an exciting Nordic combined cross country ski race on the Ishpeming Ski Club's Norman Juhola Trail System during the weekend competition. It's going to be another fantastic weekend full of ski jumping action!
