This is our biggest party of the year where the name of the game is party 'til we drop.

The concept of this event has always been to welcome dancers of all levels from across the country and beyond. To invite you to help allow for tango to be more inclusive and welcoming.
This is why we do this event in such a funky location. To take the pressure off of the dance and allow for you to have other methods to meet and get to know new people. Not only based on the level of your dance but on who you are as a human.
For us, Tango is not only about the experience you share while dancing, but also the experience you share just being together.
We have a nice bar and restaurant as well as bowling to help break the ice.
We encourage dancing with new people and hope that you will take this opportunity to help make tango more inclusive.
You will also be visiting the hometown of your host Adam Hoopengardner and the home of your other hosts, Alberto Ramos and Micaela Barrett.
This city is rich in the amazing things it has to offer and we hope you will take the opportunity while you are here to explore a little.
This year, in an effort to improve role balance, we are asking everyone to register with a partner who dances the opposite role. If you dance both roles, that is great, and we wholeheartedly support that as well, but we still request you pick the role you feel you can help with most throughout the weekend.
We know that most marathons these days are following these standards and we have seen that it allows for more people to get the opportunity to dance during the event.
We are asking that when you register you add the name of the person who will be providing the other role on your registration form.

7PM: Meet’n’greet at the Bar! Come by and get to know the people with whom you will be dancing throughout the weekend. Have a drink, or a snack, and get warmed up for the night.
8PM-3AM: The HUUUUGGG Milonga

Saturday July 27th, 2024
1PM Potluck Brunch @ the bar! Can’t make it to the Meet and Greet, still want to meet some new people? Come to the potluck brunch. This event is a great way to get the day started. It’s been well attended and some of our favorites moments of the weekend start here.
2PM-7PM: Hangover Milonga
Live Cortina's for the first two hours by Ray Flanagan and the Cranfords
4PM: BOWLING LEAGUE (Sign up when you register for the event!)
9PM-3AM: Ragerrr Milonga

4pm - POOL PARTY across from Mahall's. (Not included in the cost of the marathon)
8PM-2AM: Farewell Milonga
