Grab your friends and family for a fun "trot" before the Thanksgiving Day feast!Out Side In is hosting our 12th Annual 5K fundraiser downtown Grand Haven, Michigan. This 5K is family and kid friendly. All of the proceeds of this race will support our Heroes for Horses program for Veterans suffering from PTSD.

If you register before November 14th you will get a free T-shirt ordered in your size. Each participant will also receive a horseshoe participation medal, and a certificate for free ice cream from Sweet Temptations!

Each participant will receive a t-shirt and horseshoe participation medal. They can be picked up at Out Side In or mailed (shipping and handling fees apply).
Event details and schedule
IN PERSON RACE
Race starts at 8:00am. Registration opens at 7:00am the day of the race.
Racers that have pre-registered are required to pick up their packet the day before the race.
Pick-up times and dates will be emailed out at the beginning of November.
Packets will be available for pick up at Out Side In's facility, 12511 152nd Avenue in Grand Haven.
Course will start and finish at the YMCA's parking area. Please use the Y parking lot for parking, registration will be set up there.
Not in town? Run the race virtually! Register through the Active website, then send us a picture of your running your route!
