Team Deadly Hertz is hosting our 12th Annual Jeff Lockhart & Tim Johnson Memorial Bass Competition in honor of our fallen brothers on the weekend of March 28-29th, 2026. THIS IS A 2 DAY SHOW that will be held at Dominion Raceway in Thornburg, VA. This show happens every year for three main reasons. #1 is to pay tribute to, and remember the names and lives of Jeff Lockhart and Tim Johnson. #2 is to bring the audio community together for a fun filled weekend of music/bass, friendly competition, and awesome times. #3, to donate to a good cause.
Tons of raffles, badass demos, fun, and friendly competition... did I mention tons of raffles?
Admission is $30 per person for the weekend whether spectating and or demo'ing. Kids 12 and under are free. This is a pay at the gate event. Have cash, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp ready. We do not accept card or any pre-payment. Wristbands will be given upon payment, please wear them through the weekend to avoid being charged re-entry.
Gates will open for our guests at 10 A.M. on Saturday and 11 A.M. on Sunday. Please line up using the two right lanes ONLY to keep the left two lanes open for vendors, judges, TDH members, and staff to get through. Sunday please DO NOT PLAY MUSIC until NOON to respect surrounding churches and residents.
Our tributes will be at 4:30 P.M. each day. Jeff Lockhart's will be on Saturday and Tim Johnson's on Sunday.
Immediately following the tributes we will have announcements, awards, and raffles at the TDH Booth (weather permitting). If there is inclement weather we will be inside on the 2nd floor.
Saturday night is the #TDHLIT competition/light show from 8-10 P.M. (weather permitting) inside the oval track. Winners will be announced at 10 P.M.
The After Party starts around 8:30 P.M. and goes until close on the second floor inside the track's main building. Please Drink Responsibly.
Our organizations and judges this year are:
$80 competition entry fee - allows you two runs per organization.
