Join Maria for a rockin’ flow style yoga class to spice up your Autumn evening.
Yoga followed by a seasonal beer tasting.
We will rock out to variety of postures while discovering the freedom to let go, enjoy, and rock who you truly are. The class will be a creative style sequence set to instrumental, acoustic, and energetic rock songs.
