Save the date for our 12th annual “Old Fashioned Cider Tasting” event at the Mill! All proceeds benefit the restoration of the Kimlin Cider Mill.Planned Events:
- Cider tasting of our Kimlin Cider (available at this event only) plus other local sweet & hard ciders
- Food truck by From the Ground Up {new this year}
- Apple fritters made-to-order by the Fishkill Historical Society (these are a historic Dutch treat)
- Behind-the-scenes Cider Mill tours
- Raffle baskets of Hudson Valley specialties
- Goats by Clover Brooke Farm (pygora goats)
- Children’s activities including crafts, scavenger hunt {new this year}, and a large meadow for exploring
- FreeCycle table of free items
- Live music by the Roundabout Ramblers
- Books to borrow from Rover, the traveling library
- Antique cider press with hands on demonstration, courtesy of John Lawrence
- Antique engine for the cider press, on loan from the Connecticut Antique Machinery Association
- Intriguing new additions to the Mill’s Museum of Antiquity to pique the interest of all ages!
- Rain or shine! Under a large tent.

$15 – hard & sweet ciders, with souvenir tasting glass
$5 – sweet ciders only
$0 – sweet cider for ages 12 and under
Tasting tickets are also available at the door.
