Saturday, June 20
Illinois Motorcycle Freedom Run

Depart 9/10 am to Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial
Ceremony at the Wall (200 Riverfront Dr. Marseilles, IL)
Main Street - Music, Vendors, Bars, etc. after the Ceremony

Cook a big breakfast, and Departures
LODGING - The rooms at the cabin are spoken for. Bring an air mattress, cot, etc. as there is couch and floor space. Bring a tent, there is 25 acres, and several of us sleep in tents. There is also an App called "Outdoorsy", where you can rent travel trailers, RV's, etc. There is plenty of room if you want to bring something like that.
OTHER LODGING - There are hotels in Morris, IL (this is where gold star families will be staying) as well as Ottawa, IL (the bigger of the two towns). Those are the closest 2 towns with hotels.
FOOD - Meals will be planned and provided. We leverage our Non Profit “Triple Bravo Initiative” to held fund this, and get food donated (last year, Omaha Steaks and Wild Fork Foods donated over $500 in meat)
DRINKS/ALCOHOL - Bring Your Own Booze.
TRANSPORTATION - Chicago O'Hare, and Chicago Midway are the closest airports to fly into. Both are about an hour/hour and a half from the cabin.
Anyone that is able, $$ donations are appreciated to help offset the cost of food and lodging everyone. Contact me directly for this.
