From My Heart to Yours was created with one simple intention, to build a community where women feel welcomed, supported, and never alone.

This isn’t therapy. There is no pressure and no expectations. Just a warm, welcoming space where we can gather, connect, and encourage one another.

Whether you’re looking to make new friendships, navigate a season of change, celebrate life’s blessings, or simply spend an evening surrounded by kind-hearted women, you are welcome here.

💜 Our first gathering is donation-based because I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel they belong, regardless of their financial situation.

Info: Welcome & Check-In (5:45–6:00 PM) Arrive, settle in, and connect with other women in a warm and welcoming environment. Opening Welcome & Prayer We’ll begin with a brief welcome, a heartfelt opening prayer, and set our intention for the evening. Guided Meditation Take a few moments to relax, breathe, and arrive fully in the present moment through a gentle guided meditation. Introductions & Community Conversation We’ll have an opportunity to introduce ourselves (only if you’re comfortable) and share what brought us here. This is a judgment-free space where every woman is welcome to participate—or simply listen. Shaping Our Community Together Because this is our very first gathering, I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas. We’ll talk about what kinds of future circles, workshops, topics, and events would best support the women in our community. Closing Reflection & Prayer We’ll close the evening with gratitude, encouragement, and a final prayer.
