Please join us for an all levels fun fitness flow, featuring both classical and contemporary Pilates mat exercises with variations, modifications, and optional challenges.
If you are new to Pilates, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the benefits and foundation of Pilates. You will build core strength and stability and practice spinal and joint mobility.
Class will take place outside on the lawn facing the stage, beginning at 11am for 45 minutes. Please bring your own mat or towel for the grass and a water bottle.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set yourself up.
1229 Shine is located outside The Market Common and offers a wonderful menu featuring fresh seafood, small plates, and gluten free options.
Kimberly is a 500 hour comprehensive certified Pilates instructor. She also has taught TRX, barre, and HIIT classes. She is currently an instructor at Club Pilates North Myrtle Beach.
