Come along and join our unique Creative Journaling Course, where each session will be inspired by the phases of the moon, helping you tap into your creativity, deepen self-awareness, and reflect on life’s cycles!
£60 for the 6 week block includes:
* Your creative journal
* All art materials and equipment
* Weekly journaling art,craft and writing prompts to ignite your imagination and creativity
* A safe space to explore your inner world through writing, art, and mindfulness.
* Support, guidance and handouts
* As much tea/ coffee and biscuits as you’d like ;) Occasional cake!
* Like-minded, welcoming company
Oh and did I mention a FREE (optional) Full Moon Rockpooling session led by the wonderful Nicola from Rockpool School! 🌑
No experience necessary—just bring an open mind and your curiosity!
Sessions will take place on Fridays at Cullercoats Watch House on 10, 17, 24, 31 Jan and 7, 14 Feb. You can choose between morning sessions (11.30 - 1pm) and evening sessions (5-6.30pm)
Spaces are limited and are likely to book up very quickly. Early booking very much advised!
