We invite our community to come together for 12 hours of movement, reflection and connection.We will begin at 6:45am with a moment of silence and karakia, before starting the loop at 7am.
This is a non-profit community event created as a space to move, remember and stand together. There is no entry fee and no fundraising target, just people coming together with respect and aroha.
Walk or run the loop.
One lap or twenty.
Ten minutes or all day.
We remember the lives lost, including two of our own and acknowledge the impact this has had on our wider community.
If you’re a local business and would like to support by donating snacks, water, first aid supplies, gazebos, cones or other practical items, please reach out. Community backing community is what this is about.
