Experience the dynamic, invigorating practice of traditional Thai massage in this immersive, hands-on training with veteran teacher, Jennifer Cleveland.
This 12-hour comprehensive workshop provides the knowledge and techniques you need to begin practicing Thai massage confidently.
In this 2-day course, you will:
-Learn the origins and history of Thai massage as well as its benefits for both giver and receiver
-Discover proper body mechanics to avoid injury, minimize stress, and maximize energy flow
-Study proper posture, dynamic poses and massage sequences that comprise a full-body Thai session
-Master passive stretching techniques for full range of mobility
-Practice Thai massage techniques of sen line work, reading energies, stretching techniques, moving the body, assisted stretching compression, tapotement and other foundational techniques of this invigorating practice: sensitivity, feeling and intuition
-Learn how to create a customized, therapeutic experience for participants

This program is designed for bodyworkers, massage therapists, yoga teachers, or anyone wanting to learn Thai Massage.
There are no educational or experiential prerequisites for this training, however participants must have full-range of mobility and be able to easily move without restrictions.
Continuing education credits provided to licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida 50–41964.
