12/6 Holiday House Tour & Exhibits

Join us for a holiday twist! We’ll have the 1840 Van Hoosen Farmhouse beautifully decorated with boughs of holly, old Christmas cards, family gifts, community cookbooks, and a 10 foot Christmas tree in the library. You’ll also find our seasonal interactive “All Aboard: Model Railroad Exhibit!” on display in the Calf Barn. Come and share your afternoon with us at our National Registered Historic Site!

The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm is open for drop in hours on select dates this Holiday season from 12 - 4pm. Included with your admission is a guided tour of the Van Hoosen Farmhouse at 1:00pm, access to featured and permanent exhibits, self-guided tours of the Bull Barn, Milk House, Equipment Barn, and Children’s Garden, as well as the nearby Stoney Creek Cemetery. Please arrive early if you plan to take the guided tour, as there is limited capacity.

Please be advised that 12/6 is our Visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus event & Advance tickets only. The train exhibit will be open but no there will be no formal 1pm tour.
