Hello all Boaters, Floaters & Spectators!! SAVE THE 2026 DATE!! SATURDAY DECEMBER 6th 2026!!
The Annual Clermont Christmas Lighted Boat Parade Will Be Saturday December 5th. The parade will gather in Lake Minnehaha, west side near Cypress Cove at dusk (for all confused every year, this is just before dark, so we can see everyone and know where to line up) 5ish. Plan is to leave Cypress Cove area right at dark (usually 5:45/6) and circle Lake Minnehaha COUNTER clockwise then to Lake Minneola to circle it COUNTER clockwise making sure we cover all of the victory point & waterfront park public viewing areas around 7:30. Most boats stay in line until we pass Lake Minneola Tiki Bar however we will continue as long as we have followers.
We will have the usual BEST BOAT awards like best overall lit & enthusiasm and to qualify you just need to donate a toy(s) to Santa’s lead boat and get your boat number to display when going passed the 2 judging dock stations. This lead boat has yellow flashing lights and a big man in a red suite 🎅🏻
We are looking for businesses or individuals that would like to donate the boat award prizes and for you to share the event so we can get lots of boats to participate. If monies are donated we share all of that with the Christmas Across South Lake where over a 6000 local South Lake County kids receive Christmas🎁
